The Nicholas Intervention Coalition (NIC) is a community-driven organization based in Nicholas County, West Virginia. NIC is dedicated to preventing substance misuse and promoting wellness by bringing together local partners to raise awareness, provide education, and implement evidence-based strategies. The organization's mission is to reduce stigma, strengthen community collaboration, and empower individuals of all ages to lead healthy, substance-free lives.
We believe that every individual, regardless of their background, can lead a healthy, substance-free life and contribute positively to their community.

Youth leadership & mentorship, School-based education (SPF, anti-vaping, marijuana awareness),Community events & public awareness campaigns
